There are several online third-party bill pay websites that allows you to pay your IWVWD water bill, along with other bills.  These sites may charge you a fee and the IWVWD cannot control when we will receive payment if you use one of these sites to pay your water bill.  Therefore, you may be charged a late fee or even have service disconnected if you use one of these sites (such as doxo.com) to pay your bill.

To be sure you are paying the IWVWD directly, see our Payment Options page.  The best way to ensure your bill is paid on time is to use our online payment system or set up an Auto Pay account.  If you have received a Notice of Termination, you must come into our office to pay your bill or make payment arrangements, or your service will be shut off.  Do NOT use a third-party payment site to pay your bill if it is already late or you may incur delinquent charges.

As always, the IWVWD will never send you an email requesting you to validate personal information such as your social security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, or other sensitive information.
